Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is offering assistance to customers who may have fallen behind on their utility bills. LADWP will begin applying credits to unpaid residential bills starting this month. In addition, the department is also offering a variety of financial assistance programs including discounts that can make managing your bill easier.
