Founding Documents

- The DONE approved laws governing the structure and operations of the council. These are in addition to the overall DONE rules for neighborhood councils.

- Orientation for newly elected Board members, prepared by DONE. Includes a wealth of reference material relating to the Neighborhood Council system, DONE’s guiding documents, the Brown Act, how to submit a Community Impact Statement, etc.
