I’m trying to figure out who do I talk to because I am a senior raising my granddaughter that have special needs and they told me that I was not picked in the lottery I never know that you have to be picked from a lottery to get in an apartment on section 8 never heard of that so I’m trying to find out where did they come up with this lottery that just like doing the lottery of California that’s how people win when they pick a number but I didn’t think that they have to pick a number for you to get section 8 or low income when you a senior raising a special need child
