The Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) is asking riders and community members to share feedback through the RIDER Study, “Real Inputs Driving Everyday Routes.”
This citywide study is focused on improving LADOT transit services, including DASH, Commuter Express, LAnow microtransit, and Cityride Dial-a-Ride. Feedback will help LADOT review what is working, where service can improve, and how to better prepare for future transportation needs across Los Angeles.
According to LADOT, the study is intended to improve safety, rider satisfaction, reliability, on-time performance, route planning, and coordination with other transit providers. It will also help the City prepare for major upcoming events, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
LADOT is especially encouraging DASH riders to participate, but feedback from riders and non-riders is welcome.
