Owe Rent? Eviction Notice? You Have Rights!

You are invited to a Stay Housed Clinic hosted in partnership with Stay Housed LA and various other community partners. Technical support will be on-site to assist with applications for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). Also, legal experts will be available to explain how tenants can protect themselves against eviction.

RSVP is required. To receive assistance with ERAP applications, applicants must bring one of the following:

• Your 2020 Tax Return
• 2020 W2 and 1099G if you were unemployed
• Current pay stubs
• Proof of participation in a state or federal subsidy program such as CalFresh or CalWORKS (your 2020 or 2021 acceptance or renewal letter is preferred).

AND — IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR HELP WITH UTILITY BILLS:

• Utility invoices or statements for any unpaid utility, water, trash, and internet bills after April 1, 2020.

The clinic will take place in person at the Boys and Girls Club of Pacoima (11251 Glenoaks Blvd, Pacoima, CA 91331) from 10 AM – 2 PM on Saturday, December 11, 2021.
