The Hotel has the potential to erase the footprint which thousands of people have associated to the campus, the orange grove. This campus always maintained a green footprint and recreation for its students and community. Nowadays it is a Bob The Builder runaway construction project. Stop, we want to preserve a little of the campus for future generations.
