We’re currently involved in the following land use matters in our area:

9963 Lindley Avenue

The CSUN chapter of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity has purchased this property, just north of Lassen St., and intends to convert it into a fraternity house. To do this conversion, they will need a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) from the city Planning Department. The application has been filed (a copy of their filing is available here), and have been given case numbers ZA-2010-325-CU (for the CUP) and ENV-2010-326-MND (for the environmental review).
